Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: 18-27 years as on 1st August 2024
Qualification:
- 10th passed any board from the recognized the government.
- 1 year full time Diploma in Cooking/Culinary arts from a recognized institute.
- Three years of cooking experience in a prestigious Hotel/Restaurant/Government department/Undertaking etc.
Note: Ex-servicemen candidates Who do not possess one year full time diploma in Cooking/Culinary arts from the recognized institute are also Eligible to apply on basis of tradetrade/competency certificate in Cooking or catering field issued by Competent Authority.
Pay Scale:
Rs.21700 plus usual allowances as admissible under the Rules

Selection Process :
The selection process involves a written test with objective-type questions in both English and Hindi, followed by a practical trade skill test in cooking. Candidates who clear these rounds will proceed to the interview stage. The written test will assess your knowledge, while the practical test will evaluate your cooking skills. The interview will assess your communication skills and personality.
- Written Test Duration : 90 Minutes
- Negative Marking : There will be no Negative Marking.
- Written Test Centre : The Written Test will be conduct at 17 Test Centre in 16 States as per details given below :-
